Admissions to the school will be determined by the Governing Body.

For admission to the Reception Class, parents must complete a Local Authority Preference Form by applying online via the website http://www.lancashire.gov.uk/children-education-families/schools/apply-for-a-school-place

In Year Admissions are admissions to school that take place outside the normal admissions rounds (ie Reception and Year 7) Information and Application forms can be found above

Appeals

Parents/carers have a statutory right to appeal if a child is not offered a place. This should be done by writing to the Academy setting out your grounds for appeal no later than twenty Academy days after the decision letter has been received. The appeal will be arranged on behalf of the Academy's local governing body by the appointed organisation and will be heard by an independent panel. The decision of the panel will be binding on the Academy.

Your appeal should be submitted using the link below within twenty days of refusal of admission. The appeal provides you with an opportunity to explain why you wish to register your child at our school.
